Getting Started

IssuesByScott is the control room for running your software products: track issues, watch for errors and outages, manage deploys, and plan the work — across all the tools you operate, in one place. It also gives your apps' end-users a way to file and follow their own issues.

There are two sides to it:

• Your ops console (signed in here): issues, projects, error tracking, monitors, deploys.
• The issue portal your apps embed so their users can submit issues (see Issue portal).

The main areas are:

• Issues — bugs, features, tasks, and questions, with status, priority, effort, comments, and per-issue AI help.
• Projects & roadmaps — group issues and generate AI roadmaps.
• Error tracking — error groups and logs, AI analysis, and AI-generated fix proposals.
• Monitors and deploys — uptime/CI/security checks and a serialized deploy queue.
• Tools & admin — register the products you track, manage API keys, team, and ingest filtering.

You need an account
