Tools

A tool is one of the products you track in IssuesByScott. Register each one and IssuesByScott gives it an API key (so the app can send errors, deploys, and issue submissions) and stores its slug and GitHub token (for CI/dependabot monitors and opening fix PRs). You can regenerate a key and trigger a deploy from a tool's admin.

Ignore rules

The admin area is also where you manage error ingest filtering — the ignore rules that keep scanner noise out of your error groups.

Team & security

Invite members to your account with roles — owner, admin, or member. Most ops areas (projects, monitors, errors, tools) are admin-only; issues are open to all members. Each member manages their profile and can enable multi-factor authentication (MFA).
